Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion pieces. Add the turkey meat and stir-fry as well.
When the meat is no longer pink, add salt and curry.
Continue stir-frying until the curry smell is intense. Pour in the pineapple juice and let it infuse briefly.
Finally, add the pineapple chunks, bring to the boil briefly, add a little more water if necessary, season to taste and serve the turkey.
