For the oat muesli, mix the oat flakes with the yogurt and let stand for a good 15 minutes. Cut 3 pears into small pieces and slice the bananas.

Stir the lemon juice, cinnamon, honey and the sliced fruit as well as the almond slivers into the yogurt-oat mixture. Cut the 4th pear into wedges.

Fill the muesli into glasses or compote bowls and decorate with the chopped hazelnuts and the pear wedges.
