Chocolate Peach Muffins

For the chocolate peach muffins, first beat egg and sugar until foamy. Add oil and buttermilk and continue to stir. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the mixture. Then fold in the grated chocolate and the peach halves cut into very small pieces.

Pour into the muffin cups and bake the chocolate peach muffins at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
