4 tbsp. parmesan, freshly grated

Cut the turkey meat into thin slices. Rinse the tomatoes and remove the stalks. Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into slices. Chop the parsley. Grease an ovenproof dish with 10g of butter. Put the slices of meat on the bottom. Layer tomatoes and mozzarella slices on top in alternating layers.

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the parmesan and parsley on top. Finally, evenly distribute the remaining butter in flakes on top. Place the dish in a heated oven and cook at 225-250 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

Of course, the dish can be prepared in the same way with unsmoked turkey breast. Then gently roast the meat in butter until golden brown before slicing.

It is also very good as a warm entrée.
