Strawberry Pulp

For the strawberry puree, strain the strawberries, then weigh them and mix very slowly with the same amount of powdered sugar for 1-2 hours.

Pour into a suitable container, cover well with powdered sugar and seal airtight. Store the strawberry puree in a cool place.
