For the Greek feta pan, cut the chicken into cubes of about 1cm. Wash the cucumber, cut off the ends, scoop out the watery inside and cut the rest into 1 cm cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meat pieces until they are well colored. Then add the cucumber pieces and fry them.

Then stir in the 2 spoonfuls of crème fraîche and add salt/pepper. Now squeeze in the 2 cloves of garlic and stir in the thyme. Now remove the feta from the package and finely dice it.

Preparation Tip:

If you like it even more Greek, you can enrich the Greek feta pan with good olives. Black and green olives can be taken for it.
