Instructions:

Prepare a smooth yeast dough from the ingredients listed.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 50 °C and 10 to 20 minutes at 0.

For the topping, cut the mushrooms into slices. Add fat, sauté mushrooms in it and season.

Cut ham into cubes, mozzarella cheese into slices.
