Total time: 45 min

For the stuffed crust pizza, make a medium-stiff dough with flour, dry yeast, salt, olive oil and lukewarm water.

Let rest for about 1/2 hour. Then divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out each into a nice round pizza crust. Pull the edge nice and even.

Then spread each half of the grated mozzarella about 2 inches wide on the edge and fold the edge over.

Spread a little olive oil and the ketchup in the center and include the edge.

Spread the diced peppers, mushrooms, sweet corn in the center, sprinkle the Emmental cheese on top and arrange the ham slices in a pleasing way.

Drizzle a few drops of olive oil over the top and sprinkle generously with pizza seasoning. Bake the pizza with stuffed crust in a preheated oven at 185 °C for about 25 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

The cheese filling makes the crust wonderfully soft and yet crispy. The pizza with stuffed crust can be topped with other ingredients as desired.
