For the pizza dough, first prepare a steam. To do this, dissolve the yeast with a little sugar in about 60-70 ml of water. Make sure that the water is not too cold, but also not too hot.

Mix flour with salt and add oil and the Dampfl. Add the remaining water and knead everything together well. It is advisable to use a mixer with a dough hook or a food processor. The dough must be kneaded until it becomes smooth and easily detaches from the bowl.

Hold a tea towel briefly under lukewarm water and wring it out. Cover the pizza dough with the tea towel and let it rest in a warm place for about 1/2 hour.

After resting, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Knead each piece well again until it gets a very soft consistency. Place the four pieces on a floured tea towel and let rest again for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Then pull or roll out the pizza dough into a round pizza and place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

First spread with Paradeiser sauce, then top with ham, mushrooms and corn. Sprinkle with cheese and some oregano.

Let the pizza bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

You can vary the ingredients according to your taste. For example, try artichokes!
