Instructions:

Stir the sauce powder with sugar (1) and some milk. Bring remaining milk to a boil, stir in sauce powder, bring to a boil. Cool down.

Crush strawberries (1). Cut strawberries (2) into quarters. Mix sugar, juice of one lemon, puree (2) and gelatin, add pieces. Leave to cool for half an hour.

Whip the cream until stiff, fold it into the custard, 1/3 of it on the grits form and bring to the table with the remaining sauce.
