Put the culinary herbs together with garlic, pepper and bay spice in a large jar or wide-mouthed bottle with the olive oil. Leave to infuse for 1-2 weeks in a bright, warm place.
Then filter through a fine sieve and fill into a pretty bottle.
Add a sprig of dried herbs for decoration.
Tip: For basil oil, infuse the oil for only one week and do not add fresh basil to the bottle for garnish. Because the leaves become slimy after some time!
