A simple but delicious cake recipe:
1. mix yolks, sugar, thea, cocoa until well thick creamy, mix nuts with flour and fold into the yolk mixture with the stiff beaten egg white.
Brush the mixture onto a greased, floured baking sheet to a height of 1 cm and bake until golden brown.
When cooled, spread with currant jam.
