A simple but delicious cake recipe:
About 40-60 pieces
Mix light butter, cheese, tap water, salt and flour very neatly. Add sunflower seeds and oat flakes and mix until a kneadable dough is formed.
Arrange the dough into a 30-cm-long roll, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for min. 4 h in the icebox.
Preheat oven to 200° Celsius. Grease the baking tray.
Cut the roll into 3-6 mm thick slices. Press each slice slightly flat and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 8-100 mmin until golden brown. Immediately place on a cooling rack and cool at room temperature.
