Put about half of the strawberries, lemon juice, some powdered sugar and some orange liqueur (alternatively another fruity liqueur – I used apricot) and the orange juice in a food processor and puree.

Slice the remaining strawberries. Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Whip the mascarpone, yogurt and the remaining powdered sugar (there should be about 100 g left) until fluffy. Fold in the whipped cream.

In a mold or glasses, first put the sponge cake, then the strawberry puree, then the cream and then the strawberries and do it all over again until everything is used up.

Chill the tiramisu and then serve.

Preparation Tip:

Before serving, decorate the strawberry tiramisu with a few fresh strawberries.
