For the cheese-mushroom spread, finely chop the mushrooms. Heat the margarine in the pan. Add mushrooms with chopped onion and saute for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Mix cream cheese and curd cheese well in a bowl. Stir in finely chopped parsley and mushrooms. Season to taste with salt, paprika and marjoram.

Preparation Tip:

Tastes especially good on fresh brown bread.
