For the Welcome Home cake, first separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Then whisk the yolks with the baking sugar until foamy and mix in some mineral water. Now mix the baking powder and the flour and carefully fold in alternately with the beaten egg whites.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet, bake at 180 degrees hot air for about 12-15 minutes, remove and let cool. For the cream, whip the Qimiq until creamy, add the natural yogurt and sugar and continue to mix. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and mix it into the yogurt mixture and finally season with lemon juice.
