Instructions:

For the Toffifee-Küsschen, first mix all the ingredients for the dough thoroughly and knead the mixture into a dough. Place the dough in aluminum foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.

Roll out the cooled dough. Cut out 30 circles and place a Toffifee on each circle. Beat the egg whites with the lemon juice until stiff, gradually adding the sugar.

Finally, spread the batter on the Toffifees so that each Toffifee is completely covered. Bake the Toffifee kisses in a preheated oven at 170°C degrees for about 20 minutes.
