For the chocolate muffins with Mozart core, first melt the butter with the chocolate slowly at low temperature.

Mix the eggs with the granulated sugar until foamy. Allow the chocolate-butter mixture to cool briefly and stir into the mixture.

Gradually stir the flour into the chocolate mixture. Fill the chocolate mixture into muffin cups. Drop one Mozart ball (without paper) into each muffin.

Bake the chocolate muffins with Mozart core at 180 °C hot air for 12 to 15 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

For the special center in the chocolate muffins, you can use various chocolates or, at Easter time, chocolate Easter eggs with different fillings.
