For the muesli, mix the 5 grain flakes, the flax and chia seeds as well as the spelt meal, hazelnuts and berries in a bowl.

Pit the peach and cut it into small pieces. Season with cinnamon and vanilla and pour the plant milk over it.

Mix everything together well and leave to swell in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.

Preparation Tip:
