In a buttered frying pan, fry the bacon with the liver, then put the lid on and cook at a low temperature until done.

Put the contents of the pan into a tall container and mash with the whipped cream and juniper berries. Season with pepper and salt. Later fold in the chopped eggs and finely chopped onions.

Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with cranberries.
