Instructions:

First, wash the strawberries, dry them well and remove the green.

Cut the strawberries in half and place the matching halves side by side so that the narrow underside touches. Use a toothpick to secure the strawberry halves.

Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and then place on a wire rack to set.

Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate over a water bath. Pour into a baking paper stanitzel and decorate the strawberries with it (or just drizzle over them with a spoon).

When the chocolate has dried, carefully pull the toothpick out of the strawberry hearts.

Preparation Tip:

The strawberry hearts can also be decorated with sugar decorations.
