Rinse berries briefly under cold running water. Remove stalk from strawberries only after washing. Cut the well-drained berries into small pieces, blend with cane sugar and juice of one lemon and zest in a hand mixer. Fill into ice ball bags and place in the freezer.
Put black tea in a tea filter, put it on a warmed teapot and pour hot water over it. Steep for approx. 5 min.
Divide two ice balls evenly into tall glasses. Pour the tea over them (approx.
half full), fill up with mineral water. Put a slice of lemon on the rim of each glass and bring it to the table on the spot with a colored straw.
