For the ham fritters, first put on the pasta. Meanwhile, chop half the onion and the clove of garlic and sauté in a pan with a little oil.
In the meantime, dice the ham and add it to the pan. Add half a cup of whipped cream or crème fine (for cooking).
Whisk the other half with cornflour and add to the pan. Let it boil until the sauce has a thicker consistency.
If it is too thick, just add a little water. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the cooked pasta.
The ham pasta can now be served.

The ham patties are also delicious with pieces of sausage and if they are topped with cheese in the oven at the end.
