A delicious fish recipe for any occasion!
Chop onion, lightly roast in fat, add paradeis pulp and stew for 5 to 6 minutes until soft. Later add pieces of fish, sliced capers, tomatoes, cucumber, bay leaf spice and a little bit of pepper, pour hot clear soup, season with salt and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with dill or parsley and add a few slices of peeled and cored lemon.
