Rinse the strawberries, dry them, clean them and, except for 4 for decoration, cut them into slices. Boil half of the strawberries with sugar, vanillin fruit juice, sugar, wine, lime juice and the lime zest. Reduce temperature and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. Place strawberries in a sieve, collect juice, add to saucepan, bubble repeatedly and remove from heat. Soak gelatin in cold water, squeeze out and allow to melt in strawberry juice.

Pour strawberry juice over remaining strawberries, stir through and divide evenly among dessert bowls. Set strawberry jelly aside to cool for at least 3 hours. Cut remaining strawberries in half. Arrange jelly with vanilla ice cream scoops before serving. Decorate with chopped pistachios and strawberry halves.
