For the marzipan berries, knead raw marzipan with powdered sugar and rose water. Color about one-sixth of the mixture green, the rest red.
Form small red strawberries and press holes in them with a toothpick. Roll out green marzipan and cut out flowers for the leaves and sculpt stems.
The slightly soft marzipan strawberries are still drying.
