Instructions:

For the yogurt stew, cut the meat into pieces and fry in hot oil.

Finely chop the garlic and onion, fry until translucent and add the meat. Mix in chopped parsley and yogurt and season with salt and pepper.

Let stew for about 1 hour on low heat.

Finely chop the paprika, stir into the ragout with the créme frâiche and continue to steam for another 5 minutes.

Arrange the yogurt ragout on plates, sprinkle with some parsley and serve hot.
