Meat cooled rinse and rub dry. Rub all over with salt, bell pepper and paprika.

Clean, rinse and peel the vegetables. Cut kohlrabi into quarters, then into narrow slices. Cut carrots into 2-3 cm long, thick sticks. Peel and dice onion.

Preheat electric stove to 200 °C.

Cover turkey breast with bacon slices and wrap with spaghetti. Brown meat well in a large roasting pan starting from the bacon side, then carefully turn to the other side. Add onion, sauté. Extinguish with clear soup.

Roast the roast in the stove at 200 °C (gas: level 3) for 40 minutes. Brush the bacon side with melted butter in between.

After 20 min. add the vegetables. Rinse dill, shake dry and chop the tops. Cook spareribs in salted water according to package directions.

Take out the roast and remove the spaghetti. Wrap roast in aluminum foil and rest for 5 min. Stir vegetables with dill, pepper, salt and whipping cream, heat briefly and season.

Cut turkey breast into slices and serve with vegetables, sauce and the drained spareribs.
