For the tarte flambée, knead a medium-stiff yeast dough from flour, water, yeast, sugar and salt and let it rise in a warm place. Then beat it and roll it out on a greased baking tray.
Spread with sour cream and top with ham, onion rings and chopped peppers.
Bake at 200 °C in the preheated oven.
Preparation Tip:
The tarte flambée tastes especially delicious when topped with feta cheese. If you want to make it quickly, you can also use a ready-made dough from the refrigerator.
