Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces.

Boil sugar in water until dissolved. Add the fruit and bring to the boil again, simmer gently for 1 minute.

When slightly cooled, pour into a fine sieve and drain the syrup. While doing this, gently help with a fork so that the fruit is not squeezed too much and especially the juice is strained.

Bring the syrup once to a boil, pour into a hot rinsed bottle, close immediately.

Preparation Tip:

Makes about 1/2 liter of strawberry syrup. Can be kept in the refrigerator for about 3 months.
