For the pistachio marzipan mini gugl, preheat the oven to 190°. Grease the gugl moulds with a little melted butter. Beat the egg with the powdered sugar and the milk.

Beat the butter with the marzipan, add to the egg mixture and season with vanilla pulp and cinnamon. Fold in the pistachios and gradually sift in the flour.

Mix everything well and carefully pour into the cake pans. Bake for approx. 15 minutes, let cool completely and decorate the pistachio-marzipan mini-gugl with the chocolate coating and the remaining pieces of pistachio.

Preparation Tip:

If you have some marzipan left over, simply roll it out thinly, cut out a motif with a cookie cutter and decorate the pistachio marzipan mini gnocchi with it.
