For mozzarella with tomatoes, remove the mozzarella from the package, drain and place on a plate. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and place them next to it.
Salt everything, spread the olive oil over it and finally season with a mixture of Italian herbs.

Mozzarella with tomatoes are a low-carb dish! Half a portion of it is also good as a quick snack in between meals.
