Clean, rinse and spin dry the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Drain the mozzarella, cut the mozzarella balls in half. Rinse cherry tomatoes, quarter or halve.

Mix vinegar, salt, pesto, soup, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar with a mixer, whisk in the oil.

Arrange all salad ingredients, sprinkle with basil leaves, drizzle with salad dressing and bring to table.

It goes well with baguette.

The leaf salad with mozzarella can still be supplemented as desired.
