Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Rinse dill and spin dry. Set aside a few sprigs for garnish, chop the rest very finely. On a clean surface or possibly on two large plates, lay out the salmon slices. Sprinkle only one side with the chopped dill.

Stir through crème fraîche, soft sugar, mustard, herb butter and vinegar. Season mixture vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper. Thinly coat salmon slices with the cream.

Carefully roll up each salmon slice and cut into slices.

Arrange the salmon rolls on a clean tray and decorate with the dill sprigs as desired. Bake the herb butter baguettes in the oven according to package directions. Cut the baked baguettes diagonally into narrow slices. Place the bread slices in a large bread basket or arrange them decoratively on a large platter.

Tip: Bring dry sparkling wine or Italian Prosecco to the table with the appetizers.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you always have everything at hand!
