For the fruit bread, finely chop all fruits. Mix with 2 tablespoons of flour, beat eggs and sugar until foamy.

Add rum, then mix well the flour and the fruits. Bake for about 30 minutes.

After baking, let cool and cut the fruit bread into even pieces.

Cover the fruit bread with chocolate icing.
