For the chestnut pancake filling, boil the already cooked chestnuts (in my case cooked and frozen) with milk, rum and honey again. Puree with a hand blender, or just mash.

Fill into the finished pancakes and pour over caramel sauce.

Preparation Tip:

If you want the chestnut pancake filling to be even finer, you can add whipped cream.
