Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Prepare pasta al dente, strain, rinse briefly in a colander. Cut ham into cubes, grate cheese (provided that grated cheese has not already been bought anyway) and add to the pasta.

Reserve some of the cheese for on top, mix the rest well together in a gratin dish (maybe season with: marjoram, pepper, salt/basil, but it doesn’t have to be, it tastes the same – maybe a little salt if the ham is not really salty)

Put the rest of the cheese on top and bake in the oven (180-250 °C). Bake there until the cheese is nicely melted and golden (usually takes 40-50 min).

Bring to the table hot!
