We thank our user Heike for the recipe for Colorful Pasta Bolognese, which became 4th place in our Conte DeCesare recipe contest.
Here’s how to prepare it:
1) I take a pan and melt the garlic butter!
2) There I put the finely chopped onion pieces and roast them a little and then pour a little white wine!
3) Then I add the minced meat and season it with 2 pressed garlic cloves, salt and pepper and Arrabiata seasoning and also stir in a small bowl of Knorr beef broth!
4) Then the finely chopped red bell pepper is still added.
5) I let everything steam nicely and add about 1/2 bottle of strained tomato sauce!
6) In the meantime, my pasta should already be ready, which I cooked in a pot with a little oil al dente (about 6 min).
7) Then it’s on to the dressing! I take 1 1/2 ladles of pasta, then I give about 1 ladle of sauce on top, sprinkle it with freshly grated Parmesan!
I recommend green salad with cocktail tomatoes and a balsamic & olive oil dressing and salad herbs!
