Instructions:

Remove the skin from the carrots, cut them in half lengthwise and cut them into diagonal pieces. Peppers clean, rinse and dice 1, 5 cm. Divide cauliflower into small roses. Chop onion and garlic. Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté garlic, carrots, onions, cauliflower and lentils in it. Add 3 tsp curry and turmeric and sauté briefly (not too long and too hot or they will become bitter). Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in carrot juice and clear soup and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat with lid on. Add peppers and do another 5 min. Add whipping cream and sauce thickener, bring to a brief boil repeatedly. Season with salt, pepper, perhaps curry, sugar and lime juice. Sprinkle with parsley.
