For the chocolates, chop the chocolate and nuts not too finely. Knead all ingredients, except chocolate and nuts quickly with a dough hook to a dough.
Then knead in the chocolate and nuts. Shape the dough into balls about 1 1/2 cm in diameter and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Flatten slightly and then bake at 190 °C for about 10 minutes.

The chocolates get very crispy and keep well in a tin - taste great with coffee.
