For basic pumpkin ratatouille, first wash and chop the vegetables. Cook the rice in a pot with water.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion. Mix in the vegetables and fry briefly. Then add vegetable soup and the peeled tomatoes and let the ratatouille simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
