A bean recipe for every taste:
Rinse leeks, cut into ten centimeter long pieces. Cut the end pieces into rings. Sauté leek rings and chopped garlic in a tablespoon of oil.
Add white beans, savory and whipping cream and make 5 min. at high temperature. Make leek pieces in salted water ten min.
Put bean vegetables in a greased ovenproof dish. Place drained leeks on top of beans.
Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and pine nuts. Place in the oven. Turn to 200 degrees / gas mark 3 and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chive rolls.
