For the date florentines, mix almonds, aranzini, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour with the whipped cream.
Spread a spoonful of the mixture flat on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top with finely chopped dates. Bake the date florentines at approx. 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
It also tastes very good if you dip the underside of the date florentines in dark chocolate coating.
