Stir through mayonnaise and yogurt. Rinse the kitchen herbs, chop finely and stir into the mayonnaise. Season sauce with salt, pepper and curry. Peel and dice onions. Place mince, eggs and diced onions in a suitable bowl and knead well together. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Shape the dough into a meat loaf the size of a flatbread and place it on a greased baking tray. Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Take out and rest a little. Rinse and drain the lettuce. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Finely slice the gherkins with a cucumber slicer. Cut the pita bread in half. Spread the lower half with grease. Cover with lettuce at the beginning and then with tomatoes. Place the meat loaves on top and arrange the cucumber slices on top. Spread the herb sauce evenly on the cucumbers and cover with the top half of the bread. To serve, slice the giant hamburger like a pie.
