For the pizza dough, dissolve yeast in 100 ml of warm water with the honey.
Sprinkle a little flour over it and let the dampfl rise briefly in a warm place. Knead the pizza flour with salt, the dampfl, olive oil and about 250 ml warm water to a smooth dough.
The amount of water depends on the flour.
The kneading is best done with a food processor.
Dust the dough with a little flour and let it rise, covered, in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
When the pizza dough has at least doubled in volume, knead again briefly and process as desired.

The pizza dough basic recipe quantity is enough for 4 people, or 2 baking sheets or 4 round pizzas.
