A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Cook pasta in enough salted water with oil over medium gas flame and drain. For the sauce, peel and slice garlic. Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, rinse and cut into strips. Sauté the garlic and peppers with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the remaining oil, season, add the pasta and toss briefly.
