An irresistible dessert, really ready in no time. For this you need marinated strawberries, as described in the basic recipe. Half of it is mixed with curd, which was loosened with stiffly whipped sweet whipped cream. This is then layered alternately in tall glasses, from which you eat your way through each layer with long spoons.

Clean the strawberries, rinse them if necessary, remove the skins, finally cut them into cubes (just under a centimeter in size). Season with a little orange juice, grated peel and liqueur and two tablespoons of sugar.

Whip the cream with the remaining sugar until stiff and mix with curd or cream cheese. Sweeten to taste and season with a little orange zest.

Later, layer the two to three masses on top of each other in tall glasses, with the white layer on top, which is decorated with a strawberry half.

Preparation Tip:

Be sure to bring fresh to the table, do not stand, otherwise the whipped cream will draw water.
