Instructions:

For the celery and pear sandwich, cut the bread in half horizontally. Wash parsley, toss dry and chop finely. Grate cheese.

Mix both ingredients with butter, sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon lemon juice , salt and pepper and spread on the breads. Place lettuce leaves on top.

Peel and grate the celery. Peel the pear, cut into quarters, remove the core and grate as well. Mix both with the remaining lemon juice and crème fraîche, spread on lettuce leaves.

Arrange the ham slice on top. Put the bread lid on top and enjoy with a glass of kefir, ayran or tomato juice.

Preparation Tip:

The sandwich with celery and pear tastes just as delicious without ham. Breads that are to be taken away are best kept in aluminum or cellophane foil.
