For fried chicken strips, fry chicken in oil until hot. Wash lettuce and tear into pleasing pieces. Prepare a marinade from vinegar, oil and spices.
Marinate the lettuce in it and put it on a plate. Add the tomatoes, peppers and cucumber to the marinade, spread it on the lettuce and put the chicken strips on top.
Sprinkle again with pepper and serve.
