Instructions:

Preheat the stove to 180 °C. Sear the drumsticks in hot oil on both sides, then put them in a small baking tray for about 45 min. in the stove.

Bring the water with salt and oil to a boil, pour in the couscous, stir once and leave to swell for 5-10 min. on the turned off stove, then fold in the butter.

In the meantime, clean the peppers and chop them into small cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut diagonally 2 cm long pieces. Fry both in hot oil until the peppers turn slightly brown. Season with salt and pepper and mix into the couscous with the coarsely chopped parsley and mint. Season to taste with a little lemon juice.

For the sauce, season the yogurt with chopped cumin, sambal, mint olek, salt and pepper.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
